Apply My Two Brows Temporary Eyebrow Tattoos, and then dry your face. Unscrew black lid and remove the white applicator pad. Gently pull upwards on the black tab to open the container and remove the plastic film from the mesh. Lightly dab an edge of the applicator against the mesh to acquire a small amount of anti-shine powder on the pad. Apply powder from the edge of the applicator pad in a brisk sweeping motion, only to your temporary brow tattoo area. Use sparingly to avoid excessive powder build-up on your face. Re-apply as required after 6 hours, periods of excessive sweating, or moisture.
