The Oxidant 3% Developer features an easy-to-mix texture, specifically formulated to be used with the Brow Code Tint and Stain Hybrid Dye. Choose from a cream or a liquid for desired results.
MIXING WITH TINT
Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (Generally 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste).
Pro tip: Do not make tint too watery as this will not result in the desired effect.
MIXING WITH STAIN HYBRID DYE
Mix the Hybrid Dye and Cream Oxidant into a creamy paste using an application stick or brush. The mixing ratio is generally 4 drops of Hybrid Dye with 2 drops of Oxidant.
